Moorhead Swimming Pool at 2390 Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010 is located in the northern area of the city, just off of Peoria and 25th streets.
The pool is closed for the season, and will re-open for the summer 2009. Hours of operation Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday: 1 to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Noon to 6 p.m. Admission Fees All patrons are charged $2.25 to swim in the pool.
About Moorhead Pool Moorhead Pool is an L-shaped pool with a 1-meter diving board. The pool also has a 65-foot water slide, which is included in the price of admission. A wading pool is available for children ages 6 and younger. The pool has assorted candy and frozen drinks available for purchase. The pool is available for after-hour rentals, such as birthdays, team sport parties and family events. Call the pool for more information. Swim lessons are taught all summer. Classes offered at the pool include: Guppy, Minnow, Starfish, Seahorse, Stingray, Dolphin, Shark, and Intermediate, Advance/Expert.
