	The Aurora Fire Department is pleased to announce that we have received our second reaccreditation through the Commission on Fire Accreditation International, Inc The Aurora Fire Department was first accredited on January 27th 2000. And was reaccredited in 2005. On Thursday March 11th 2010 the Aurora Fire Department earned our second reaccreditation. Chief Garcia would like to thank the 323 Men and Woman of the Aurora Fire Department for the dedicated service in living up to our mission “Exceptional Service to the Community Provided by Well-trained Professionals”. .
