Provides assistance for start-up and existing businesses throughout the City of Aurora in the areas of:

- Training programs
- Small Business Loan programs
- Expert Consulting in the areas of law, accounting and marketing

Building Permits and Inspections
The Building Division is responsible for assuring that buildings in the city meet all safety and Building Code requirements. Contact the Building Division at 303-739-7420 bldginsp@auroragov.org for information on:
- Building additions
- Patios and decks
- Fireplace installation
- Furnace or hot water heater replacement, or similar projects
- Determining if a project needs a permit or how to obtain a permit
