City Facilities
The City of Aurora has a wide range of meeting rooms, park shelters, picnic areas and special purpose facilities to accommodate your business, personal, homeowner association or service group meetings, events, parties, banquets or receptions.
	Meeting Rooms at Aurora Municipal Center, Libraries and Fire Stations Meeting rooms at the Aurora Municipal Center, Tallyn’s Reach, Central and MLK, Jr. libraries and some Fire Stations may be used by Aurora organizations, businesses and individuals on a first come, first serve basis for business meetings, classes and limited types of events.

	Park Shelters 303-739-7213 Reserve a park shelter for a reunion, church or company picnic. Schedule in advance due to demand.		Aurora Reservoir Shelters 303-690-1286 Enjoy the sandy beach, swimming, sailing, fishing and hiking.
	Fletcher Plaza 303-739-7756 The plaza includes a stage, sunken garden, lawn area and bosk, providing flexible space for both small and large events.		Parks or Open Space Sites A number of shelters and other outdoor spaces are available for rent.
Other Convention and Meeting Venues
A variety of privately owned spaces exist in Aurora that can be used for small conventions and larger gatherings. The Aurora Chamber of Commerce can provide information on locations and capacities.
